My fascination with supplementation started very early in life.
Inspired by my father, who was taking handfuls of supplements long before wellness became the industry it is today.
But what began as curiosity eventually became a far more personal pursuit.
My professional background is in functional aesthetics, having spent years working with clients in my private studio in London. However, being a mother of a neurodivergent child changed the course of my life and the way I understood health entirely.
For almost a decade, I have immersed myself in the research surrounding neurodivergence, exploring everything from the gut, nutrient status and neurological function, cellular energy, cell membranes, toxicity and our ever-growing environmental burden, including mycotoxins, microplastics and EMFs. I have researched and explored countless approaches, tests, therapies and emerging treatments, always trying to find that one thing that can genuinely make a difference in my son’s condition.
That understanding transformed my relationship with supplementation. I became deeply particular about formulations, bioavailability, ingredients, delivery systems and the difference between something simply packaged as wellness and something made with real clinical intelligence.
Cell Supernatural grew from that passion. A highly considered edit of the products I have discovered, researched, used and genuinely believe are exceptional.
